What do I use for the product desc in demo?

    Is that just rows used, if so is it a custom row? In the pic attached. I want them like this but I am not getting a way to add a small pic as showing in the first row, or did it use the ADD MEDIAL button on this text block?

    Very much like this template, not sure where it is though please see the attached.

    Thank you so much! We need to make the listings description cleaner looking and engaging.
