Theme is not updating

    I bought a license renewal, but the theme is not updating, showing error:
    Update Failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    Hello,

    Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin and FTP access so we can check it?

    We have updated the theme for you. If you will face the problem in the future, go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on the “Check again” button.
