    Hi, I still have problems with the loading of sales products in the product tabs on the homepage or on the offers page. Products appear that are not on offer.

    I had opened a post days ago, which we had solved because all the products also had the sales price, now there is not, but the problem persists. Why?

    Do not make changes to the FTP level on the htaccess please, otherwise the site will be published and we will run into problems with the customer.

    You can check with default WordPress theme and it will work in the same way. You need to keep the regular prices only for non-sale products.”

    Hello,

    Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not? You can test how default WooCommerce sale products element works to see if it is related to our theme.

    Unfortunately, we cannot try to change the template.

    Can you at least tell us where the problem may be? The products are imported via Woocommerce API and we pass the variables that I show in the screenshot.

    We tried to pass only “price” and “sale_price”, as well as all the other combinations, but not only the products on offer are shown.

    Can you give us advice?

    The sidebar with all the filters is no longer visible. Could it depend on the same problem? The widgets are all in the right place.

    In this case, you need to create a staging development copy of your website. There, you will be able to do such kind of experiments without any harm to your production website.

    Be sure that you have some widgets added to the sidebar. Add some extra text widget to see if it appears there or not.
