further about menu problems 1 thing left.

In this printscreen you can see flag images I have created https://snipboard.io/gNTcW8.jpg

This is created with a pugin called menu images. However this deletes the option you have send https://prnt.sc/tqhhu3.

Is there a way to create this without any plugin. I am not using wpml plugin not necessary.
