All the demos have a blank menu. It is supposed you would create and assign your own. In order to build a menu one should know which pages and other items would be included, which is very difficult to predict.
Do you mean mega menu blocks? Have you uploaded demo content? Please provide your site admin access to the private area I will check and show where you can get them.
