My template does not send messages to the customer after making a purchase

    My problem is the following: the client or my users of the page make a purchase, make their respective payment, but nevertheless the purchase email does not reach them, even updating the “order actions” so that the email reaches the client.
    I would appreciate if you could help me with this, thanks

    Hello,

    These notifications come with WooCommerce plugin and our theme doesn’t influence this functionality. Probably, there is some problem in your server with sending emails.

    Could you please test order emails by activating some other theme like “Twenty Nineteen” for a moment. So it will be clear whether this is the theme issue or not because most of the time the email server has not been set up and for that you need to contact your host support.
