Problem with search engine by categories

Hello,
I have created several categories in my store, and many products in each of those categories. I am using the search engine with categories in the header of the page.
When I display the categories, only a few appear, and not all. I have verified again that I have categories with products that do not appear in the dropdown.
Can you help me know what is due?

First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in the WoodMart WordPress family :-).
I saw the screenshot you attached and visited your website and all the categories are displaying in the categories dropdown in the search bar.

This is the default behavior when you have too many categories then you need to scroll to view all the categories in the dropdown.

Indeed, I had not noticed that a scroll appears to see all the categories. Sorry.
Two more things:
1) Is it possible to show only the categories in which there are products?
2) Is it possible to show the categories ordered by the placement within “Categories”?

1) The search only displays the categories which have products added to it.
2) There is no such option in Theme Settings to change the order of categories under the search dropdown.
