Images in the gallery for the product wont show but do upload in the editor

    Where my product is listed on my website I have installed a gallery to show off the product however when I upload the photos, Which do actually upload they wont actually show up on the website page. Also when you go onto the website you can see the template design for where the images are supposed to be. This also occurs for the video which does work but it doesn’t show up on the page. Any help would be great. Thanks

    As you can see on this product page the images arent showing where they are supposed to be showing. I have circled around where the images are meant to be on the screen shot

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, provide the site admin access to the private area.
