Checkout page isn't working

    Hi,

    When I try to reach checkout page I get the following error:
    502 Bad Gateway

    Can you please fix this?

    the checkout is really becoming an issue at our end as well.

    Hello,

    Please make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by Woocommerce.

    Hi Elise,

    I have tried with another theme and the checkout page worked fine.
    It is something with your theme.

    Also, you were the guys who installed the theme for us.

    Please help me fix this as soon as possible.

    Please update the FTP access to the private area as well as site admin access.

    What do you mean? I have already gave you an ftp access.

    Do you need it for a specific folder?

    You have entered a wrong website!

    I have tried from other ip addresses and computers and the sftp/ssh access is working perfectly fine.
    You are not writing the url properly!

    Please help ASAP, it takes too long to make the theme running properly.

    The Web server is situated on our own dedicated server, I am the host of the server and I can’t see how is this related to the server.

    When choosing other themes, checkout is working perfectly fine.

    I had issues installing the theme as well.

    If you open the screenshot and read the errors you see that you have some problems with SSL certificate and SVG images can’t be loaded. If you can’t fix it, remove this HTML Block from the header completely

    The issue with the fashion menu is actually due to error 502 on block: Menu-category-3.

    I haven’t got the change to make the theme work fine since the beginning. If you guys are unable to help me for days, could I please get a refund and keep on using other theme?

    I have installed many themes before and didn’t have such problems.

    But note that the issue is not about our theme but comes from the server. Anyway, if you are not satisfied with our theme, we will approve your refund.

    Your theme looks great both at the frontend and at the backend. However, you guys havn’t managed to make it work. When picking other themes I don’t have these issues.

    I will be more than glad to make your theme work, just help me somehow.

    I don’t really have other options. There is no point for me to use a theme that isn’t working for me.

    We already sent you a screenshot with the error and it says that SVG images can’t be accessed because of some SSL problem. You need to either remove this dropdown with infoboxes completely or fix the error on your server. Sorry, but we don’t have a fix for this since we are not server administrators.
