    Hi,

    Shop >> Sidebar & Page title >> “Exclude Categories” field won’t display. No caching plugin used.
    Any solution ?

    Hello,

    Do you want to hide empty categories or to hide the categories at all from the title?

    If you want to hide the categories, you should configure this option: https://prnt.sc/ty0cr1

    Neither of the two. I want categories to be displayed under page title except some of them. What “Exclude Categories” is supposed to do I think.

    Yes, this option excludes the categories from the shop page title: https://prnt.sc/ty7jz1

    Please make sure you have the recent theme version 5.1.0. Please update all the related plugins.

    Hi,

    Wordpress, the theme, and all plugins are up to date.
    It did it once, then reappeared and disappeared again.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, we cannot help without access. Please move the cloned copy of the site to a staging platform.

    It didn’t solve the issue.

    Unfortunately no staging with the current hosting package.

    Thanks anyway, I’ll figure out another way to exclude categories.
