Empty cart

    Hello,

    I have added some products to my cart but on the next day when I try to see the cart it is empty. Please see attached images. (Couldn’t attach video because the file size was too big.)
    Could you please help me?

    Hello,

    Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme, switch to the parent theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

    Sure. I checked all the plugins one by one but didn’t turned out which plugin could causing the conflict.

    Please, keep all plugins disabled so we can test how it works without them. You can enable the maintenance mode too.

    Did you tried to close the browser and reopen the website? Is it still working for you?

    If it is working for you, can I ask you to check which plugin is causing the conflict?

    You can turn on all plugins one by one to identify which one causes this problem.

    Thanks for your help I’ve found the conflicting plugin. Unfortunately it’s an essential, free plugin and can’t be replaced (it allows me to use decimal quantities in woocommerce). I know it is not the scope of your support but can you advise what I can do in this situation?

    In this case, you need to refer to plugin’s documentation or contact their developers. Sorry, but we don’t have a fix to this.
