After adding an item via WPBakery and saving, the item is not added.

Hello, I’m trying to make design changes in blog pages.
I’m working with WPBakery and I have the next problem.
After adding an element and click the save button the page is reloaded but without added element – is empty.
In the attached image is provided more details.

The blog page is the functional page and it is not editable. If you want to have a blog page with your content and layout, create a page, insert the blog element and insert other content as per your needs and do not assign it as the blog page. Show this page in the menu.
