Cannot use the Woodmart theme setting

    Dear Xtemos team,

    Hope all is well with you and your team!

    After i updated the latest woodmart theme 5.1 and wordpress 5.5 and the wp bakery 6.2.0, now i am facing some problems:

    1. WP bakery builder disappeared;
    2. The Woodmart Theme Setting only shows the the General page no matter which tab i click on the left side bar.

    Can you please kindly look into this? I appreciate your time and effort in looking into this.

    Hello,

    Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

    Hi there,

    I just found out the problem is caused by a plugin called Woocommerce Dropship.
    Once disabled, it is fine. Thx and please close the ticket.
