2 issues wih the widget "infobox"

    Dear,

    1) Please try adding a infobox on a header and then press F12, take a video mobile (or any other), then switch the view to laptop for instance, you’ll see that the infoxbox responsiveness is not always working properly

    2) Try adding a infobox on a header, the autoslide doesn’t work properly on my staging (with all customizations disabled)

    Please add the elements in the header and then provide the URL of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly because without seeing the issue I am unable to suggest you with any solution.

    3) another issue in those same widgets infobox, it’s that even if you define a spacing “0” between the infobox, there is still a huge space between the infobox

    check for instance, on mobile, if you scroll manually, you’ll see at least 50px of spacing altough i defined 0 so I expect the minimum spacing possible

    4) and one more issue which I’d like some help is the following : when I define an infoxbox text to be “centered”, then the icon still remains on the left, why is this the case? it doesn’t look nice, how can I make that the icon moves next to the text along with it as it’s centered? (similarly to what it looks when it’s aligned to the right)

    Hi Aizaz,

    I had raised 4 issues, so I expect a response for each of the issues point by point. Please read the thread from the beginning again.

    1) this is not fixed even after clearing cache, see description earlier in this thread

    2) OK, fixed

    3) how can I reduce the space between each element of the slider?

    4) you didn’t respond to this, awaiting answer from you

    5) icons of the infobox don’t have any placeholder, which is causign the infobox to load the text at location X upon page load, then once the element loads the icon, the text move to location Y => not good at all, there should be a placeholder for the icon (see video in private)

    Hello,

    1) Your website is responsive and working fine on all the devices.

    As you are browsing and shifting from mobile to tablet from the desktop version of the site it sometimes won’t load the site correctly that’s why this happened.

    You can try reloading the site after shifting from devices using browser’s devices options.

    2) We are Glad that your issue is resolved.

    3) It seems that you have added the information boxes in the columns and set the row to display 4 columns. And the space is equally divided by the sections.

    You try setting margins by editing each column.

    4) I have visited your website and the infobox icon is displaying absolutely fine on my end.

    5) Sorry but there is no option in the info box to display a placeholder image while loading.
