    Try to upload images in the bigger size and check the settings for images as suggested here: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/image-size-content-alignment-product-grid/

    Please increase Main image width and check

    Please try size 800 x 1200 as mentioned here: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/image-size-content-alignment-product-grid/

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area.
