WordPress update broke website/dashboard

    I updated WordPress a few days ago and it has rendered my website inaccessible and inoperable from the dashboard. Please advise.

    Hello,

    Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

    I wasn’t able to even access my dashboard yesterday at all, today it is working intermittently but when I try to install another WordPress theme (Twenty Twenty) I get the following error:

    Installation failed: Download failed. The checksum of the file (d41d8cd98f00b204e9800998ecf8427e) does not match the expected checksum value (d5d477fe20f4fc9a8e5ab8f8218135df).

    I also cannot update any plugins.

    Try to remove our theme’s folder completely using FTP or your hosting server panel. Check how it works without our theme.
    You can also upload default theme manually to the wp-content/themes/ folder.
