WordPress 5.5 update errors

I’m having problems with the home page and loading the background and slider revolution of this page, it is not showing or is showing intermittently.
Additional other plugins are failing, everything happened after the update of WordPress to 5.5.
Urgent help please.

Please make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by Woocommerce.

I already did tests eliminated Storefront and the theme continues to work badly.
I try to download the purchased theme to upload it to wordpress again and it no longer appears in my account. How can I download it to implement it according to the tutorial in the configuration?

Please navigate to Appearance > Themes and activate the theme. If you have deleted, you can upload it from ThemeForest account and install it again. Have you made the full backup before testing?
