    I have the same problem, I did everything and nothing has changed.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area.

    I have the same problem often, why ? What caused this problem ? Is there is a way to permanently solve this problem ?

    I found the issue, there is plugin “SG Optimizer” by SiteGround that when it’s DISACTIVE it active the problem. It’s the a JavaScript problem ?
