font family is different in mobile

Hello team,
I have a problem with font family, it’s totally different in my mobile than the desktop
the problem exists in all pages

I saw the screenshot you attached and tried to visit your website and the website is password protected. Please provide with password or disable it

I have visited your website and the font family and appearance of the text is the same for both mobile and desktop view.

I have a spacing issue between the columns in the mobile view, there is too much space

Ok the issue with the spacing is because of the images so I solved the issue
the family font issue still exist

Latest Update:
I uploaded Fonts Plugin, it solved some of the font issues .. the homepage looks good now
but still, the other page having the same font issue

Hello,

Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate parent theme. Then clear cache and check back.

If the problem continues then leave the third party plugins deactivated and provide admin panel login details of the website with the permissions to debug the issue then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

I deactivated the Arabic Font plugin only because I thought it may caused the issue, then cleared cache but nothing changed
I am afraid to deactivate all of the plugins I may lost all of my work

you mean ALL the plugin exist ?? like WPML, Woocommerce, Akismet Anti-Spam and the ALL others?
