    Dear support team

    i had update the version to 6.3, but the Woodmart templates library still cant insert to my page.

    pls advices

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme and provide the site admin access to the private area.

    Hello,

    Please make the full backup of your site, export the theme settings, save the widget content to your PC and reinstall the theme.

    i had remove and new install the theme but its even worse, the template are not load complete and wpbakery no able to insert to the page.

    please help to check the content and the 6.3 version
