I saw the screenshot you attached.
Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate parent theme then clear cache and check back.
If the problem continues then provide admin panel login details of the website with the permissions to debug the issue then we will troubleshoot with theme plugins.

Please take a complete backup of the website and download it to a safe place and with the permission to debug. To let me start the debug process which includes deactivating all the third party plugins and on site Customization as well.
