Hello Team

Unable to settle http://prntscr.com/u3celt header menu because this menu feature is not available at backend menu option. Kindly let us know where we can edit this menu layout.

First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in the WoodMart WordPress family :)

I saw the screenshot you attached. This is not an issue. It seems that you are adding too many items to the main menu that’s why they are displayed like this.

Please try reducing the number of items in the menu. Then clear cache and check back.

Hello,

I saw the screenshot you attached.

1) You can change the logo for mobile from WoodMart >> Header Builder >> Edit Header >> Mobile header on the left top.

2) You can try adding the search bar in the bottom row of the mobile version from WoodMart >> Header Builder.

3) You can enable the mobile bottom navbar from Theme Settings >> General >> Mobile bottom navbar.

Alos from the backend, we have uploaded each and every product category images but those are not visible on the website. How to do that setting as well plz let us know?

Hello,

I saw the screenshots you attached.

1) I have fixed the mobile header and the search bar is displaying. Please clear the cache and check back.

2) Please Go to WoodMart >> Header Builder >> Edit Header >> Mobile header on the right top.

Edit the mobile and menu and enable the option to display the categories menu.

3) Sorry but there is no such option available.

4) Please Go to Theme Settings >> Shop >> Sidebar & Page title >> Disable Categories in shop title.

5) Please deactivate all the third-party plugins, activate the parent theme, and check back.

6) Please make sure that the pre-footer is enabled for the homepage by editing the page.

7) You can edit the links from Woodmart >> Header Builder >> Edit header >> Edit the text HTML element.

And for the categories images please provide some relevant screenshot to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

Sir The very first thing is I tried to manage that through disabling and enabling plugin from backend but the product page issue is still not resolved. Kindly resolve this from your end. Because when we open this through direct product link that time it opens perfectly but when opening with any category it shows this error kindly help us in fixing this. https://we.tl/t-rSvgicMpAH

2ndly Product category means woo-commerce product category banner https://www.nanochemazone.com/product-category/dispersions-nano-micro/

These are known as product category banner you click on any category banner will be there and below product will be the same we did here also but the banner is not visible and the product also not visible properly

Hello,

1 &2) Please deactivate all the third-party plugins, activate the parent theme clear cache, and check back.

If the problem continues then leave all the third-party plugins deactivated and then take a complete backup of the website and tell me with the permissions to debug then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

6) You need to edit the homepage and make sure that the pre-footer is enabled for it from footer options at the bottom. Means make sure that the disable pre-footer is not enabled for the page.
