Product category widget

    Hello
    I have noticed that sometimes, the product category widget does not load correctly. Once I load the page again, it shows correctly.
    How can I fix that behaviour?

    Hello,

    Please make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by Woocommerce.

    Hello,

    I am not sure how I would test a woodmart specific element on a different theme!
    Of course it won’t work as shown in the screenshot!

    I have tried to move around the elements on the page and it seems that the product category is the one not working properly.

    I got the below. Please take the time of going to the website and review the issue.
    I can create an admin login for you.

    Hello,

    You mentioned Product widget not Product element that is why I suggested checking on the Storefront.

    Now I see the problem. You have provided limited rights for the user. I need admin right to check.

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area
