Dropdown filter product issue

    Hello,

    I select dropdown product filter for an attribute (brand for example).
    I select any brand, then remove it.
    but later dropdown menu become unavailable to select brand again.

    I deactivated all plugins and tried again but it didn’t worked.

    Hello,

    Please provide the site admin access to the private area. Please confirm the permit to deactivate the plugins and switch to the parent theme if you run the child one.

    Hi,

    Thanks for reply.

    I have added 1 brand.
    them clicked X on top of products to remove brand.
    Then tried to add new brand but couldn’t.
    Could you please watch the video? It is very clear there.

    Hello,

    You are using the default Woocommerce filter, try Woodmart filter it works: https://gyazo.com/c69b47f4e3c08a61f4f6ca1cea78dafa

    I leave this filter in the top. Delete Woocommerce and move Woodmart filter to the place you want.

    Thanks, I also realized that woodmart one works.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by Woocommerce.

    Hi,

    Parent theme has same issue.
    Storefront doesn’t have same cancel filter option.
    But it is current cancel filter option doesn’t have any problem.

    you can do any change you want.

    Hello,

    Most likely there is some incompatibility with the filter in some forms of the presentation. I test on my side it works correctly on the list (not drop-down) If you want to use the drop-down you would better use WoodMart filter.

    So you can confirm that you also have same issue with dropdown.
    Will you fix it soon?

    Woodmart filter has one missing feature according to default filter.
    I don’t need to select category in default filter. If there is an attribute in the category, filter shown automatically. If there is no attribute in there, we don’t see filter.
    Like size number in tshirts.

    But time to time we use same attribute for different categories.
    So in woodmart filter I must memorize which category i use that filter now, and for the future.

    So it is better to fix regukar one. It is clear that something wrong with it.

    You can configure the WoodMart filter exactly as the default Woocommerce filter: https://prnt.sc/u6o1tf

    When you set “All the categories” it works as the default.

    Hi,

    As far as i test, If i choose all categories filter really shown in all categories.
    Even there is no attribute in that category.
    Are you sure it is working same as default?
