Iphone's browser issues hang/ stuck at check out

Hi, i have issue about woodmart theme that in the iphone’s browser like safari sometimes stuck at process check out. My woodmart theme is version 4.6, is there any cause that this new version theme is not support any iphone’s device?

Never heard about such a problem. Sometimes styles of the site may differ in Safari, at the same time I have not got such issues before.
Please make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by Woocommerce.

I have test at my iphone 5 using safari, seen that my website is not working when I want to scroll down using the woodmart theme.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area
