new user registration problems

    Hi how are you

    I have problems in the new user form, I already checked that users can be registered in my wordpress configuration but even so the problem persists. I attach the photo 22222 where the problem is shown, in the photo 11111 it looks like the demo and the photo 33333 is the woocomerce configuration is fine, please help me to solve it.

    Hello,

    Please make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by Woocommerce.

    The problem is with the theme, I just installed the woocomerce theme and it works, you can see the photo I attached. please I need help to solve the problem.

    Hello,

    Please confirm the permit to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the Storefront for checking it would take 15 minutes.

    If confirmed, the storfront theme is already installed.

    Hello,

    These options are configured in the Woocommerce > Settings > Account and privacy. I have set and now the fields have appeared.
