503 service unavailable

    Hello Support,

    When we’re logged in as admin, the site is working perfectly.
    When we logout and use the website as normal user, we get a 503 service unavailable message.

    Also other people who want to see the website get the 503 error.

    Could you look at it?

    Hello,

    Thank you for choosing our theme and contacting us.

    503 error says about some internal server error and we can’t identify it without your error logs. By the way, could you please check does it happen with our theme only? Try to switch to default WordPress theme and see how it works. Also, try to contact your hosting providers so they check the problem from the server side.

    Hello,

    The 503 error is only with your template. Also i can’t access the product page overview in the backend anymore.

    When installing the demo content i got a ajax error. Maybe that’s the problem?

    Sorry, but we can’t access your FTP server. Could you please check the credentials data? Maybe you have some IP restriction?

    OK, we can access now.
    We just tried to deactivate all additional plugins that don’t come with our theme now website works as expected. So most likely the error caused by some of the additional plugins installed.
