Please save the Theme Setting, update files in CSS generator if you used them and clear your cache.
Please and make sure that your site URL has been correctly inserted (HTTPS/HTTP) in the Dashboard > Settings > General

I m sure about https ıts about elementor or WPB , if i set up just wiht elementor it cannot show icons, and if ı set up just WPB then same ressult…. i konw that ı shouldnt with both of them(elementor-WPB) at the same time but if i set up with both of them then i deactive WPB … so ı can see ıcons. but thıs method can pose problems on pages.

You can use either WP bakery page builder or Elementor withing one WP installation at the same time.
You should change HTTP:// into HTTPS:// in the Settings > General.
Then enable “Always use” in the Theme Settings > Performance > CSS.
