    You can update the Elementor in the Dashboard > Plugins > find and update the plugin.

    I added 2 pictures to explain what it looks like,

    You have not attached the images so I cannot figure out the problem.

    Please show me the screen how it is changed before the update and after and provide page URL.

    Also, provide your site admin access and advise the page URL where the description has gone.

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, provide the site admin access to the private area.
