    Hi. Im add row-id link. That worked. But not included smooth scrool effect. How do it smoot scrool?

    Hello,

    Please navigate to Appearance > Menu find the menu enter the menu item and find this option: One-page anchor – enable to ensure the smooth going to the link you set.

    Smoot Scrool effect i want the add only button links not menu items.
    i want click button and go to row with smooth scrool

    Such is not possible with CSS custom, it requires the customization that is not covered by our support. You will have to find a developer.
