    I saw the screenshot you attached. Please try adding the following Custom CSS in the Global Custom CSS area under Theme Settings >> Custom CSS.

    .onsale.product-label {
background: blue;
}

    Hello,

    I saw the screenshot you attached.

    The CSS is not working because your website is loading from the cache. Please try adding the following Custom CSS in the Global Custom CSS area under Theme Settings >> Custom CSS.

    .onsale.product-label {
	background: black;
}

    Then deactivate the cache plugin clear browser cache and check back. If you are still unable then provide admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

    Hello,

    Your issue has been resolved. There was a syntax error in the CSS that you added before in the Global Custom CSS area that was causing the issue.

    I have fixed it and now the sale label background is working fine. Please clear the cache and check back.

    Please make sure that the Custom CSS is added in the Global Custom CSS area under Theme Settings >> Custom CSS.
