no login or registration with registration page

The my-account page wont let me register or login, no matter which theme, woodmart 5.2 theme, woocommerce storefront theme or wordpress twenty twenty theme.
myaccount place only refreshesand starts over blank again. Anyway the page with the woocommerce extension works because if Im logged in with the regular wp-login.php form I have access on the my account page to all features like dashboard and so on. I switched on off caches, performances and plugins, but the only way to login is the wp-login page of wordpress. Has anyone an idea?
By the Way what is the best chache for woodmart?

Please make sure you have properly configured the Login / Register page in Woocommerce > Settings > Account and Privacy, if the problem persists, deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains –
Please make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by Woocommerce.

Whatever I did the error persisted.
At the end I found this solution for me: php 7.2 is now running with fpm handled by apache instead of running with fpm handled by nginx.
