Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area
Your theme is very good, I’ve worked a lot with Avada, Seven, Xtore, Flatsome and others, but we prefer Woodmart.
I’m learning Woodmart and I don’t know if I did everything correctly, I deactivated some plugins and changed the parent theme, but in the new default theme wp I couldn’t do the test.
