ghcestParticipantHi,
I am having problem to update widescreen images to each of the categories. All of them are not showing up the images (as described at img1). I tried to take the color out and update the picture but still not working (img2).
How can I fix that?

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
I saw the screenshots you attached. It seems that you are not adding the images correctly. Please make sure that you have added the images correctly.
Then clear cache and check back.
If the problem continues then deactivate all the third party plugins and then check back. If the problem continues then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and provide admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
Best Regards.

ghcestParticipantI tried it to do what you asked but got nothing. Plus, If I want to upload a picture for every category (9 categories in total), how can do If this part of the template only gives to you a 1 picture update only?

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
You can add images for the category separately by editing each category from Products >> Categories.
Screenshot for Clarification: https://ibb.co/NChGm9d
Please try adding images to each category and then clear the cache and check back.
Best Regards.

ghcestParticipantHi,
First question: What is the measure of the image on this categories page? I could find where I can update the image but most of them does not fit well. (First picture attached)
Second question: How can I take out these subcategories in black? I don´t want to have them showing up when you pass the mousepad above some other categories. I just want that the customer sees the other categories. (image2)

ghcestParticipantThird question:
How do I change the size of these categories below the main one “FASHION”? Mine does not look like the same as the demo one even with the same quantity of categories below.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
I saw the screenshots you attached. The image used in the categories title is 2200x732px in our demo version.
1) Sorry but currently I am unable to see the 2nd screenshot you attached. Please make sure that you attached it correctly to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
2) Please provide the URL of the page to check the difference between them myself and help you out accordingly.
Best Regards.

ghcestParticipantHello,
Thank you for your reply.
You say It´s 2200x732px but where can I ensure to have this measure on the template? Because I don´t see any option to adjust on it. Even adjusting the image in a third part website It still does not work.
I tried to follow what you say on this link: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/image-size-content-alignment-product-grid/
But was not able to solve it.
My URL page so you can check how It is it´s below:

ghcestParticipantAnother question:
How do I regulate the size of this subcategories below the main one? Because mine does not look the same size (image attached).

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
You asked about the image dimensions and I told you that.
Sorry, but there is no option in Theme Settings to adjust it.
I have visited your website and the icon size is small on your website. To increase it Please try adding the following Custom CSS in the Global Custom CSS area under Theme Settings >> Custom CSS.
.hasno-product-count .category-nav-link .category-icon { max-height: 35px; }
If you want to ask anything else then provide with some relevant screenshot of the specific area to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
Regard’s.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
We are Glad that one of your issues is fixed by our instructions.
As I mentioned in my previous reply there is no option to set the height and dimensions. You can use the image of the exact size you want.
If you are trying to ask anything else then provide with some relevant screenshot how do you want to modify it to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
Regard’s.

ghcestParticipantHi,
You say “As I mentioned in my previous reply there is no option to set the height and dimensions. You can use the image of the exact size you want.” But I did and still the template does not adjust according to the image I choose. It cuts even resizing to the 2200x732px you telling me.
It does not make sense because the background image height from the demo template (please, click on this link from the demo template to see what I am talking about: https://woodmart.xtemos.com/product-category/accessories/) it´s bigger than mine (Link: https://cesto.online/categoria/moda/).
Needs to be changed.

ghcestParticipantHello guys,
Can somebody ready my previous message? I really need that help.
Appreciate that.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
I saw the screenshot you attached.
You understand it wrong. You asked for the size of the image used in the categories title area and I told you the size of the image that is used in our demo version.
Therefore the height of the image depends upon the title size you set from the page title option.
If you want to use the same title size then you can try adding the following Custom CSS in the Global Custom CSS area under Theme Settings >> Custom CSS.
.title-size-small { padding-top: 60px; padding-bottom: 60px; }
Regard’s.
