WPBakery Page Builder not working

    WPBakery Page Builder plugin is not working. It hangs like in the image and does not open. I would be glad if you could help.

    Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area.

    I have tested WP Bakery page builder in 360 degrees page, it works both in Front- and in Backend https://prnt.sc/ucnrhy

    Please provide the details step by step how can I reproduce the problem.
