    Hello,

    I saw the screenshot you attached and visited your website.

    Please deactivate all the third-party plugins, activate the parent theme then clear the cache and check back.

    If the problem continues then leave all the third-party plugins deactivated and provide with admin panel login details of the website with the permissions to debug the issue then we will troubleshoot with theme plugins.

    You can see that its not a plugin conflict issue. It’s a layout problem.

    Hello,

    This is our policy to debug that we debug the issue with the theme plugins. And the layout issues may also be caused by any third party plugin conflict.

    So Please deactivate all the third-party plugins, activate the parent theme then clear the cache and check back.

    If the problem continues then leave all the third-party plugins deactivated and tell me with the permissions to debug the issue then we will troubleshoot with theme plugins.

    please answer, because this is a live site… and now all of the plugin deactivated and everyone can see my site in this awful state….

    I cannot wait more, because I have customers… so please let me know when u have time for this fix. maybe it would be better if you deactivate all plugins when you have time for the fix, because its just 1 minute……..

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the third party plugins when you can then we will proceed towards debugging the issue.

    Because deactivating the plugins could lose the settings you have made. So Please take a complete backup of the website. Then tell me after deactivating the third party plugins.
