Banner Header will not Close

    I have the banner header setting to allow to be closed; however, it is not working. Clicking the X is not working. Also clicking on the banner does not work.

    I have disable the CSS and re-enabled it, but no luck.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area

    The banner becomes inactive when Yoast SEO Premium is Active.

    Additionally, Yoast Breadcumbs appear in the header banner (top left) of the screen for all pages. See attachment: Breadcrumbs Upper Left

    Yoast SEO Premium is deactivated.

    Please deactivate the Premium Yoas SEO, there may be plugin conflict with our theme.

    I experienced a issue with my hosting site when you checked my site. Sorry about that timing.

    The site is back up and the Yoast SEO Premium is deactivated now.

    Hello,

    You need to deactivate and delete CMB2 this plugin no more needed. Now I see the Yoas SEO is deactivated and the problem persists. Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme or confirm the permit I can do it for the while of checking. Also, I will have to deactivate the child theme. Please confirm.

    Ok. All plugins deactivated except for required/recommended.

    Parent Theme activated.

    CMD2 deleted.

    With the current request above. I am seeing that when I activated the Yoast SEO…it came back. Please note the font color is the same as the header banner. So you will not see “Home”, but if you click to any other page, you will see the last page in the breadcrumb list.

    I was in incognito and without the WP Rocket cache plugin.

    I have deactivated the Yoast SEO and it is gone again.

    I found the issue, it was in my child theme header.
