Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area

We have tested your website but can’t figure out what is wrong. There are some JS errors and it looks like some WordPress core files are missed or corrupted. You can try to reinstall WordPress correctly. We suggest you create a staging copy of your website where you can perform such tests.
