    Page builder is not loading properly, we are unable to update or edit the home page of our site.. have enclosed the snapshot for your reference please check & revert ASAP..

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area

    May I deactivate the plugins and check. You have not deactivated all the plugins not related to the theme, I am checking on my site it works as it should.

    We have tested your website but can’t figure out what is wrong. There are some JS errors and it looks like some WordPress core files are missed or corrupted. You can try to reinstall WordPress correctly. We suggest you create a staging copy of your website where you can perform such tests.

    Page Builder back end editor is working properly… I am getting error on front end editor only… try to solve this issue..

    Yes, we know that. We were talking about the frontend editor.
