Translations in child theme

    I followed the instructions for translating the theme. This workds good for me when choosing parent theme, but when trying to make the translation from child theme it does not work.
    When updating the parent theme my translations will get lost, so can you help me to make it work in the child theme?

    Hi,

    Your translation files should be saved in the folder wp-content/languages/themes but not in the theme or child theme folders.
