NoireParticipantHello Again,
We have a problem with the row settings while trying to customize the rows to “default” “stretch row” “stretch row and content” “stretch row and content (no paddings)”
The rows are stretched regardless of if we choose default or other options.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
if the problem remains, even after the plugins deactivated leave the plugins to deactivated for us to check and provide your site admin access to the private area.
If you cannot keep the site without the plugins confirm the permit for us to deactivate for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes.
Best Regards

NoireParticipantHello,
I really am not comfortable with disabling themes and some plugins. Last time I tried I almost lost my entire site. I am trying to learn how to troubleshoot problems but I am no developer 🙂
Can you please check for me?

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please clone your site and move to a testing platform where we can test and do not touch the live site.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
You can use All in one WP migration https://wordpress.org/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/ plugin or any other plugins that create your site copy and upload to any place.

NoireParticipantHello,
I created a subdomain and am waiting for it to propagate. However I tried also to use “WP all in one migrator” and “WP Clone” to clone the site but I encountered some issues and had to restore a backup of the site.
If there is anyway you can help me I would be really grateful.
Here are some problems we are experiencing now with the rows…
When the site loads the rows shift to the right and then centers again. It was not doing this before and I am not sure why it is happening, please see the video link below:

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
The row default width is equal to the site width configured in the Theme Settings > General Layout. If the Site width is configured to be “Default”, the row default width would be the same for example, 1200px; and the stretch row option would make the row width for the full width.
If the Site width is configured to be “Full-width” the default row width will be the same as the site width that means that the default row will be full width. And when you try to stretch the row there would be no difference because the row initially full-width.
You have set full-width for the Site width.
Best Regards

NoireParticipantHi guys,
I understand what you are saying and it makes complete sense. However I have not changed any settings for months and we have never had this problem until only a few days ago.
When we set the rows to default, the row had greater paddings on both sides and it as centered. Now the padding is unequal on the left. Something is definitely not right there.
Also the “stretch row and content” rows were not going to the right and then centering again upon loading a few days ago. Now it is doing that.
