Promo banner link doesn't work anymore

I have visited your website and it seems that you haven’t added the links to the promo banners that are not working.
Please edit the promo banners and set the links correctly then clear the cache and check back.

it’s very strange because on my computer all the links are in the good position !!!

But the links are not coming on the front end. Please edit the promo-banners and add the links correctly then save them. Clear cache and check back.

I did what you ask to do, I also re edit a promo banner and make a new link (connected to another site) and I did it from another computer and still nothing…
I am almost dead, the website is supposed to be launch in 3 hours !
A very strange thing…
I made differents tries and very weird, it works when I enter the link and ask to open it in a new window but it open in the same window (that is what I want). In the code, the link appear but not written with a “target new window”…
Nevertheless, that’s a real problem.
Could you check that please ?
