Access in Maintenance Mode

    Can I give my website access without admin access in maintenance mode? Paytm team wants to check our live website. What can i do?

    Hello,

    In order to check and solve the problem, the team would require full admin rights access. Usually, the team treats the credentials confidentially. However, if you do not trust, clone your live site and move to the testing platform, let them check and fix and give you instructions on how to do that you would fix it on the live site.
