In regards to Content ( Pictures, videos, etc ) that come with theme

Hi, I know this will be a weird question, but before publishing my website I just wanted to know whether we are allowed to use the content ( pictures, videos, animations, product pictures) that comes with the theme ( In demo) for my e-commerce website?

Thank you for using our theme and for contacting us.
All the content from our demo including products and posts has no meaning so you will need to replace all titles and texts with your own. As for video and images, they are not included with the dummy content so you can’t use them from our demo.
