When trying to activate our theme license key, there is the error appearing:
“The API server can’t be reached. Please, contact your hosting provider to check the connectivity with our xtemos.com server. If you need further help, please, contact our support center too.”
i already contact my hosting provider and tell me that is xtemos problem

We just tested this and see that your server can’t reach our website. Please, check your hosting to check the problem from their side. Our server’s IP is 138.201.123.145.
i contact my hosting and told me that your IP is not blocked and to make sure they put your IP in the white list
