    Hello,

    I bought your Woodmart theme yesterday, had a few problems overcoming the AJAX error but I edited my php.ini / wp-config files as mentioned in the documentation / and rebooted my instance. I just did a fresh wordpress install and the added the base data + demo content (with no errors this time) however the site does not look how it should. Please could you take a look and advise.

    Hello,

    First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in the WoodMart WordPress family :-).

    Please make a fresh install by Reinstalling the WordPress, WoodMart Theme, and recommended plugins and tell me then I will check it and import the demo for you.

    Also, provide the FTP details of the website.

    I have reinstalled the theme as requested. It wont let me the private SSH key?

    Hello, thank you for getting back to me. I have reinstalled the theme and managed to get it working however now my site is not secure in Google Chrome because of 1 image file http://dummy.xtemos.com/woodmart-elementor/demos/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2017/06/wood-main-bg.jpg?id=44 I followed the steps listed here https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/https-security-ssl-issue/ and removed several other image SLL errors however this one still remains and cannot find which widget is using this image. Please could you advise

    Hello,

    We are Glad that you have fixed one of your issues yourself. You are Great!!!

    The image you mentioned is set as the background of a section. Please try editing the sections and remove any background image used.

    Then clear the cache and check back. This will fix the issue.

    I spent a long time yesterday trying to remove this final image with no luck, I checked the source code and can’t find a link to it there (only the error in the console). I’d appreciate if you could take a look for me as I can’t find it anywhere. WordPress login details are in my previous post.

    Your issue has been resolved and there is no such image error now in the console. Please clear the cache and check back.
