    Hello,

    I’m trying to update my Woodmart template but I get the error message below:

    An error occurred while updating Woodmart: The archive could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10): Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    What should I do?

    Hello,

    Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

    You need to go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on “Check again” button. Then, go to Appearance -> Themes and try to update the theme again.
