    Hello,

    Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

    We just tested and see that our theme works exactly the same as with Storefront on your website

    Oh man, so the theme is not causing it. Then what is?

    Also, I want to be able to add the extra charge ONLY if the customer opts for “Cash On Delivery” (Pay on delivery) option.

    But the charge shows before the customer selects the preferred payment mode.

    What do you think is misconfigured?

    I really appreciate your help.

    Hey! I figured it out!

    Woocommerce > Shipping >

    The zone names have priority. The first on the list was FREE Shipping. I dragged it down to the bottom and suddenly everything is working fine.
