Pop-up ouverture ne s'affiche pas

Bonjour,
J’ai préparé un bloc html pour qu’il s’ouvre à l’accès au site pour que les clients donnent leur adresse mail.
Je ne vois pas l’erreur dans la configuration.
J’ai activé dans la boutique le “POP-UP PROMO” avec en lien le bloc suivant : [html_block id="312"]

I saw the screenshots you attached. Please elaborate on what is the actual problem you are facing with the HTML Blocks to check it myself and help you out accordingly. Because your current explanation is not clear enough to understand what issue you are facing.

The problem is that the pop-up does’nt launch when starting the site

Please Go to Theme Settings >> Shop >> Promo Popup and then set the popup to display after some time and set the time as in the screenshot below.

Ok, thanks it’s appear now. I notice I’ve ask to be shown after 2 pages…
Now, the problem is that the display format is not the one I’ve build in the Block as you can see below.
Do I have to change the block settings or the “boutique” settings?

You can try setting the width of the promo popup from Theme Settings >> Shop >> Promo Popup.
