    Hello,

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

    Regards

    Hello,

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it? Also, send us a direct link where we can see the error.

    Thank you in advance

hi its a big trouble to deactivate all plugins because the site its on public stage and not on a development so we need to check it via other method, please be careful if you login on backend

In this case, you need to create a staging development copy of your website. There, you will be able to do such kind of experiments without any harm to your production website.

    Kind Regards

ok i setup a dev stage and i tried to disable all the plugins, i saw that the error occurs when wpbakery is enabled but only with woodmart elements, also i tried with wpbakery enabled but only with the their default elements and the error is dissapear, so propably there is a conflict or something is going wrong with woodmart elements, below is my js code that is loaded on every page and product page.

Please, remove all the custom JS code you have added temporarily so we can check.

Sorry, which one is related to the error? Do you mean that you have added some code that causes this?
