    I already uninstalled the themes and the pluging from the files

    Can you help me installing the theme please

    I am afraid you will have to reinstall the WordPress: I see only one default theme https://prnt.sc/uqvvro

    The button to add the theme does not work.

    Please provide FTP or reinstall WordPress it does not work correctly it may cause further problems with your site.
